Why I Started Coaching
When I founded PRO71 in 2021, I quickly realised that the biggest barrier to digital transformation was not technology — it was people not knowing how to use it. I watched talented professionals across the UAE and GCC feel left behind by a wave of change they sensed was important but could not get a foothold in.
Meanwhile, through my work with government entities, large enterprises, and through my association with McKinsey, I was seeing how the top 1% of organisations were deploying AI to compress years of operational improvement into months. The tools existed. The frameworks existed. What was missing was someone to bridge that gap for everyday professionals.
That is where I come in. I am not an academic. I am an operator who has built AI systems for government, automated entire workflows for SMEs, and helped teams go from AI-curious to AI-capable. I take what works in the boardrooms of the region's most sophisticated organisations and I make it practical, actionable, and immediately applicable to your work.
My goal is simple: every professional who works with me should finish with a clear, implemented AI strategy that saves them time, increases their output, and gives them a competitive edge they can feel.
